Cancellation Policy: ● You will be issued an invoice at the end of the month following your registration.
● Your payment is due two weeks before the field trip date
● You will have free cancellation until 2 weeks prior to your field trip
● Late cancellations within two weeks of your field trip will receive a
refund minus a $40 cancellation fee
● No shows will not receive a refund
While we do not have a fully enclosed indoor learning space, we can do field trips rain or shine. We will consider cancellation/rescheduling in the event of high wind storms, thunderstorms, extremely unhealthy air quality or a covid outbreak in your class.
